Are we a “beautiful blank book” that every day fills its pages with its comings and goings?... For me, yes. For me, yes, and I try to fill my pages with colors and textures, using all the tones, intensities and fabrications that our wonderful mother nature gives us.

I use all the components at my disposal, those that are cheerful and also those ill-defined as sad and somber. Each of my mixtures in my research of materials and techniques, seek as a result the authenticity, and that each piece is irreproducible: that it carries the timbre of “Unikum”.

The Manual and Artistic work always carries a great load of emotion, of passion and reflects in an absolute way the personality of the “Maker”. And I always see myself reflected in my pieces and in the moment in which they were conceived.

It is always a source of pride for me to see how each of my pieces connects harmoniously with a certain type of people. Because each creation communicates in a different way and we all love to be different and special and want to be part of the difference. This is the great meaning of Author Jewelry. The realization of pieces with spirit. Pieces that contain a how and a why, pieces that express individually, a deep message that connects the technique, the precision, the material, the Orafo art and the desire to feel, be and express themselves of my clients.

WHO IS
GRACIELA CARRIÓN?

I am Colombian. I was born in the city of Santafé de Bogotá, the land of emeralds and the Pre-Colombian jewellry tradition.

Immigrant for the love of adventure, I spent my years and my studies in Italy, land of Design, style and beauty, acquiring the Italian nationality. After studying Interior Decoration and Jewelry Design in Milan, I founded my first Atelier POPORO. There I spent 20 years of learning and experiences next to great master goldsmiths and great design firms.

Since 10 years I live in Helvetic lands and starting again with PHOENIX SCHMUCK, I open a new chapter with a different style, a different spirit and a different era. But always being myself.

From this year 2025, I have decided to show my face and to take a gamble. After having achieved the Swiss citizenship, a radical change begins, so now my company will also bear my name.

From now on Graciela Carrion. ART & Schmuck starts a new creative chapter in my life. I hope to continue surprising you with my works and my way of doing and living. Welcome to all of you. And it will be a pleasure to be part of your lives through my creations.
